Just renewed my lease gladly - love this complex! Great community and amenities - I love the included gym membership, picnic areas, and community garden in particular.
The apartment space is perfect for my needs and budget! I spend a lot of time on my balcony.

So far it has been a very welcoming and smooth transition. Only complaint I have is the flooring is a little uneven and cheaply done. There will be bugs but they are very helpful and make it easy to get pest control to you. The staff and management is wonderful they do their best to make you feel welcomed
