Worse place
So since we moved in we had issues. Management does nothing about them. My clothes got stolen in the laundry unit asked management to play camera so I could file a police report they said camera doesn’t work. Packages were stolen from my door. Gates are always busted! Why give us codes and cards for gate and gate is always open!!!??? Why is the walk in gate not closed? Persons living all the way to the back like t u v j has to drive or walk all the way to the main gate to get out. It’s just... ridiculous! Then they want to increase rent and not provide us with added security!

Terrible
I Recently moved here with my 2 year old we were out on the third floor the walls are so thin that even if we made the slightest movement our downstairs neighbors would make make a noise complaint. I have been really stressed because I feel like we can’t even enjoy ourselves in our own home. I also have seen 3 roaches since I’ve been here pest control had come out twice and they are still here I feel like I made the worst decision ever

Love living here!
My dog absolutely loves making friends at the dog park. We're in one of the buildings with a laundry so it's really convenient to use. Also really like having two pools here so we can pick which one we'd rather go to.

Great Place to Live
I've lived at Nob Hill for going on four years now, and it has been an overall positive experience from the beginning. The leasing office and maintenance staff are very friendly and helpful. Maintenance in particular always responds quickly and does a great job. I'm happy with the quality of my apartment, especially for the relatively low price. Generally I feel that it's a safe environment. I can't give five stars because there have been consistent issues with some of the community amenities,... such as the laundry facilities and the front gate. But I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone and I'm very glad to live here.
