I love the location of this apartment and the staff but the up keep of the courtyards is at a one star. The grills are always disgusting always have bird poop on them and don’t ever look clean enough to cook on they pressure washed the area for the season but I’m sure that’s all that will happen rents gone up but upkeep hasn’t matched building upkeep. The claim luxury living on line but it doesn’t not reflect in person. Living on the first floor it’s not the prettiest view

Unfortunately, there's not much we can do about birds, but grill cleaning is something we try to do on a regular basis. Just moved here this month and have nothing but great things to say about the location, staff, amenities, and apartment itself. You are walking distance to a lot of cool spots too and broadway which is an incentive.

Love the Gossett community, it has a great vibe. The location is very convenient, Whole Foods a block over and Publix is in walking distance. The Gulch is a fun area to walk and enjoy the variety of restaurants.
