Great location, friendly staff, beautiful property

My floor plan is the B2B in the main building 5000 in the front of the building.

Pros: Friendly staff, great floor plan, beautiful views, great amenities, maintenance came the same day to change my lightbulb, spacious apartment, tons of cabinets and I love the kitchen!

Cons: Front apartment doors and exit doors slam when exiting them unless the person exiting is careful (main building). If the air conditioner is on, then it acts as a suction and pulls the door making it slam harder...
unintentionally. This causes my dog to bark nearly constantly in the evenings when people are coming home as well as in the morning when people are leaving. I am hoping with time my pup will get used to the noise. This is by far my biggest complaint. I've been here one week and am wondering if I should have gotten a different unit that is not by an exit door. That door seems to be the loudest when it shuts, which is often because it's at the front of the building.

The Luxer package system is a nightmare. I though my issues were resolved after talking to the luxer representative and him doing something on his computer. Nope. Once again I had a package delivered, did not receive a luxer code nor was I able to gain access to the Package room using a temporary code provided by the luxer system. A staff member was kind enough to let me in the room so I could retrieve my package. If this happens on a Sunday or after hours, then I'll have to wait for my package.

The front doors of the apartments have keypads, which I think would be a great perk if they were usable. I can use mine to lock my door which is nice, but when I asked the office staff how I can actually set it up to use it they didn't know. I emailed the office thinking someone may be able to assist but have not received a response.

I am hopeful I can update my review over time to say I love living here but as of today I am really wondering if I made a good decision on moving to this apartment complex. This is primarily due to the doors slamming which causes my dog to bark. I'm considering finding alternative locations to have my amazon deliveries sent to so the frustration of receiving packages would be eliminated.

DONT DO IT

Don't do it! like others, once your lease is signed, you don't matter. The smell of weed was coming into my unit from my upstairs neighbors. The front office sent them a legal notice but after that they did nothing. They told me and I quote "I understand the smell is not ideal", didn't care at all that my boss could smell it on me. I work with children, I can't go to work smelling like weed. They are horrible! Worst place I've ever rented from. Can't wait for this lease to end.

I’ve lived at Wrenstone since March 2026, and overall have been very happy with my experience. When I first moved in, the leasing experience wasn’t great because the leasing manager at the time was absent. However, since then, there have been staffing changes, and the difference has been remarkable. The new leasing team is friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful, which has made a huge improvement in the overall experience.

Maintenance requests have always been handled quickly and...
efficiently, and it’s nice to see management continuing to invest in the community. They recently power washed the buildings and sidewalks, which really freshened up the property. I’m pleased with how things have improved and would recommend Wrenstone to anyone looking for a well-maintained apartment with a team that truly seems to care about the residents.
