My husband and I found a really pleasant place to live. The quiet atmosphere and the responsive, nice staff who address any concerns quickly definitely make for a comfortable living experience.

I needed a new home for myself and my kids, and Birchway Rivergate checked all the boxes! It’s a luxurious place to live and very affordable and comfortable! The pool is beautiful, the grounds and property are great and well kept, our home has smart technology and came with WiFi and trash service. I love the floorplan and my kitchen is beautiful! I highly recommend this property for anyone who is interested in living in a beautiful luxurious apartment without breaking the bank. It’s very close... to shopping and restaurants, and it’s twenty minutes away from my workplace. I’m a happy Birchway resident!

It would be unfair of me to say that the entire complex is terrible. The apts themselves our nice the pool and gym are also very nice. Although some of the equipment does not work and the smith machine seems to keep moving. Other than that the management will not do anything or even act like they would help over stolen packages that are being placed within the confines of our complex. Inside of our Amazon package room. The maintenance guys always seem like there on top of there end of things,... the management on the other hand does not.

We're sorry to hear about the frustration with packages, and we understand how unsettling it is to have something go missing. We want to clarify that packages delivered by Amazon and other carriers are placed and managed entirely by those carriers, and once a package is marked as delivered, it is outside of our control or responsibility. We do not have oversight over where or how carriers choose to leave packages, including within the Amazon locker room, and unfortunately theft in these situations is something we're unable to prevent or resolve directly.
That said, we do want residents to feel supported, so if you haven't already, we'd encourage you to file a claim directly with Amazon (or the carrier), as they are best equipped to investigate and resolve delivery issues. If there's ever a security concern on the property, please also let our office know so we can look into it on our end.
We'll also pass along the note about the gym equipment, I just need to know which machine as I'm sure \"smith machine\" is a typo.

Great place to stay. The train may be an issue for a light sleeper. The gym was very adequate. In spire of high turnover, the team was very polite and professional.
