It would be unfair of me to say that the entire complex is terrible. The apts themselves our nice the pool and gym are also very nice. Although some of the equipment does not work and the smith machine seems to keep moving. Other than that the management will not do anything or even act like they would help over stolen packages that are being placed within the confines of our complex. Inside of our Amazon package room. The maintenance guys always seem like there on top of there end of things,... the management on the other hand does not.

Birchway rivergate is a bright place to live the area is clean and decorated nicely. The residents are quiet and kind, so are the staff. Rules are heavily enforced providing safety and excellent living conditions.

I only moved in a month ago, but I am loving Birchway Rivergate! The staff are so nice and were easy to work with, along with patient. I appreciated them throughout the paperwork process. For the community - there are great amenities, the property is kept up nicely, good location, and the apartments are in high quality shape. Great place to live overall! Amazing quality for the price.

Genuinely a nice place to live
It is a fantastic community to live in. Having lived here for almost a year now, I would definitely recommend it to everyone. It is way better than most of the communities around. I am not sure why people are not considering this community. Everything that you need is close by. All the staff are exceptional and very respectful. The maintenance team is top-notch, and they are friendly and really nice people. I had the pleasure of working with Elizabeth, Maks, and Jackie, who went above and... beyond for me, for which I am very grateful. If you are looking for a new place to live, do not hesitate. The community building feels new and is well-maintained. Amenities are awesome. The grounds and outdoors are kept very clean as well. I have loved it and couldn't have asked for more.
