My Duke experience is not great. I think the only thing I like is my apartment and the hot tub (if it is ever clean). The gym is small and things don’t work or it lacks cleanliness. A lot of this on my ledger I have to request changes. When you asked something to be changes, they say they will do it and never do. The maintenance man makes me uncomfortable and has lied in the past and never actually fixes anything. I just don’t see the point in this place…

The Duke Metrocenter offers a modern, well-designed living space in a convenient location just outside of downtown Nashville. My apartment is spacious, thoughtfully laid out, and has a great pool-facing view. I appreciate the quiet, tucked-away feel of the community while still being close to the city.
While there have been some delays in maintenance and follow-up communication, I believe the property has a lot of potential with a few operational improvements. Overall, it's a comfortable and... attractive place to live.

The apartments are very nice. The valet trash runs regularly. The pool area is nice. The gym could be a bit bigger with more options. Overall, this is a nice, quiet community. Parking is good. The garage gate works regularly.

Bought out by Greystar
Management was great and property was ran smoothly and without complaints and then Greystar took over beginning of October and magically our pool/hot tub was broken and our Mail boxes were inaccessible for an entire month. Greystar is owned by Blackrock and yet they can’t manage to fix these things in a timely manner NOR give people compensation for their headaches. Run, run, run. Rent somewhere else and get Greystar out of Nashville.
