I got home at 5:05 pm and discovered my AC wasn't working. I ran down to the front office, and spoke to Dylan, who was just heading out for the day. He had let me know that the maintenance team has also gone home for the day, but didn't want me to be without AC for the night and said someone would follow up in the next 30 minutes, he was going to head back to the office now and give them a call. Within minutes, Christian was knocking on my door. He checked things out and explained that it was a... clogged drain line. After about 15 minutes of work, we were back up and running! Couldn't be more pleased with how helpful and courtesy both the office and maintenance team are. 10/10 expereicne, couldn't reccomend this apartment more.

Standard Assembly provides the highest quality residential living that I've experienced in my decade of renting. The on-site staff is friendly and professional. The building is very clean, very well-maintained. Regular maintenance is coordinated by the staff and has never intruded on my schedule. My one maintenance repair request was fixed the same day nad they cleaned up before leaving - except for the repair, couldn't even tell they'd been there. The staff organizes a huge variety of... events for the residents (from food trucks to BBQs to coffee bars...)

We put a lot of care into the day-to-day here, from keeping the building clean and well-maintained to making sure maintenance is as seamless as possible.... Standard Assembly cares about its residents. The team here is friendly and responsive. They also provide a sense of community by providing monthly events that are interesting and fun.

I’ve been living at Standard Assembly for a bit now and it’s been a really great experience overall. The building is always clean, the amenities are actually well maintained, and the location is hard to beat. It’s super walkable and there’s always something going on nearby.
What really stands out though is the team. Dylan, the manager, is always around and super easy to talk to. Though everyone is quick to respond and actually follows through, which makes a big difference day to day.
The... events are also a nice touch and make it easy to meet people, which isn’t always the case at apartments. Between that, the pool, gym, and overall vibe, it just feels like a solid place to live. Definitely glad I ended up here.
