Standard Assembly has been an amazing place to live! Dylan has been incredibly helpful and responsive throughout my time here—he really goes out of his way to make sure everything runs smoothly. The community is friendly, the amenities are top-notch, and the location can’t be beat. Highly recommend!

The Standard Assembly team is always going above and beyond. While the neighborhood drew me in, they are why I stay. Dylan is a very approachable manager, and always happy to meet to discuss my questions and concerns. The rest of the team likewise is always happy to help, whether it’s a misplaced package or maintenance issue.
