I've been living at Oxbow for over a year now, and recently renewed my lease for another 15 months. It is an amazing building with beautiful amenities, the management team is lovely, and I feel very safe living here. Plus, the retail is starting to open up which is very convenient, my nail shop is now connected to my building.

Oxbow has great units, community spaces, staff, and other amenities! It was a no brainer to sign a lease here.

I moved into The Oxbow in Nashville on October 12, and my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The first thing I noticed was the spacious layout, with large windows that fill the apartment with natural light. The high-end countertops, sleek cabinets, and modern appliances really elevate the overall feel of the space, making it both functional and stylish.

I also love the community’s amenity spaces, which add a sense of convenience and luxury to everyday life. Whether relaxing or... working, these shared areas make the experience of living here even better.

While there are a few minor inconveniences, like the kitchen island lacking outlets and some small design choices that could be improved, they haven’t diminished my enjoyment of the apartment.
