Oxbow has great units, community spaces, staff, and other amenities! It was a no brainer to sign a lease here.

I moved into The Oxbow in Nashville on October 12, and my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The first thing I noticed was the spacious layout, with large windows that fill the apartment with natural light. The high-end countertops, sleek cabinets, and modern appliances really elevate the overall feel of the space, making it both functional and stylish.

I also love the community’s amenity spaces, which add a sense of convenience and luxury to everyday life. Whether relaxing or... working, these shared areas make the experience of living here even better.

While there are a few minor inconveniences, like the kitchen island lacking outlets and some small design choices that could be improved, they haven’t diminished my enjoyment of the apartment.

After touring many apartments in Nashville, I signed my lease at Oxbow for many reasons. I felt the safest in this area, the leasing staff was the most professional and kind that I had met, the amenities were luxurious, there were work-from-home spaces, and I am so excited about the growth of the retail spaces in the area.
