Our experience at Maxwell has been a smooth experience and very welcoming, we are enjoying our new home and so far we cannot complain about anything as of date. The community is beautiful, the amenities is beautiful, and the staff are very approachable.

Great place to live overall. But could definitely improve on basic essentials, such as parking and soundproofing the upstairs flooring.

The Maxwell management team are very kind , personable and inviting. I had the pleasure of working with Isabella and JB from start to finish and they made our tour to our move in an easy process. I also had the pleasure of meeting Aryanna as well and she was just as kind and helpful. We have no complaints. We love our property, we love our unit , and we love the amenities.
