I lived in this apartment for years and saw 10+ people go through the front office staff. The maintenance here is great, but other than that, the rest of the staff is horrible and incompetent. Save yourself the thousands of dollars you would waste here and do no live here!!! They incentivize people with good reviews so be very careful when looking. I would absolutely choose somewhere else if you are searching for a new home in the area. The amenities are not well kept, the parking garage always... has break ins, the property manager is hardly ever here so the issues cannot be addressed.

Beautiful and affordable
Spacious and clean apartment, great location, fun and up to date amenities. Wonderful management, a pleasure to work with. Love the security and smart apartment technology. Looking forward to summer time at the pool.

Absolutely horrible
I would never in a million years recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to live. The manager is RARELY at the property and the rest of the front office is horrible at their job and very lazy. These apartments are way overpriced for what you are getting. The old manager (Lauren) was AMAZING! She spent so much time making this apt great and then the new manager has ruined it all over again

Great experience
Never have had a problem in the 1.5 yrs I've been here. Friendly and responsive staff. Clean building with great amenities. Fun pool scene in the summer

Avoid at all costs
Moved into a filthy apartment with rotten food in the refrigerator and an unflushed toilet with pee on the seat. Spent 2 hours cleaning the place before I even moved in. You can hear everyone in the adjacent apartments from the paper thin walls. On top of it all, they have the worst customer service ever. Just hope you never have an issue because 3 months in, I still don't have an answer to when I am getting money they owe me.
