Prefer rate 0 star. This apartment has MANY problems: roaches (pest controls not work at all); everything poor quality: since 1st day encounter smelly dishwasher and washing machine (too disgusting to be cleaned and replaced another one), moldy walls, damaged window screen, and leaking toilet.
Then, consistently bothered from noisy environment and package stolen problems(including fine jewelry, the package room doesn’t have a code access to ensure the safety).

I lived in this apartment for years and saw 10+ people go through the front office staff. The maintenance here is great, but other than that, the rest of the staff is horrible and incompetent. Save yourself the thousands of dollars you would waste here and do no live here!!! They incentivize people with good reviews so be very careful when looking. I would absolutely choose somewhere else if you are searching for a new home in the area. Spacious and clean apartment, great location, fun and up to date amenities. Wonderful management, a pleasure to work with. Love the security and smart apartment technology. Looking forward to summer time at the pool.

I would never in a million years recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to live. The manager is RARELY at the property and the rest of the front office is horrible at their job and very lazy. These apartments are way overpriced for what you are getting. The old manager (Lauren) was AMAZING! She spent so much time making this apt great and then the new manager has ruined it all over again

Never have had a problem in the 1.5 yrs I've been here. Friendly and responsive staff. Clean building with great amenities. Fun pool scene in the summer
