I love living here it is so close to everything and everyone and the staff is awesome as well. If ur looking for an apartment I would highly suggest living here

Our family has lived here for several years and we love Avondale. The office and maintenance staff do a great job in maintaining the apartments. The apartments are spacious with large balconies and closets. They have ground crews who work weekly on the property. It is a quiet neighborhood with many amenities including a dog park with a washing station for your fur babies.

I love the apartment and the facilities. The only complaint I have is the nose that large dogs create in the apartment above me. I think it would be beneficial to limit weight of dogs on upper floors.
