Harpeth Heights Apartments is new, clean, and safe. The leasing office is filled with a team of individuals who take their time helping you, do it with a smile, and don’t make you feel like an inconvenience. I submitted a maintenance request and their professional team was here the next day, did a great job, and left a card letting me know how things went and to feel free to contact them if I needed anything else. I have many friends who have lived here the past couple years and loved it, and... now I am loving my experience as well.

Harpeth Heights was a great decision for me - my dogs and I enjoy the quiet yet connected, safe and beautiful community with close proximity to my work and downtown Nashville.

This is a very nice community. I feel very safe here, the maintenance team is phenomenal, there are solid amenities (pool, weight room), and nice community events about twice a month. While the rent is expensive, everything but the electric is bundled in it (water, internet, valet trash, washer/dryer). The biggest downsides would be access to greenspace and noise from the interstate, although it is very handy being near the interstate. Overall, very pleased with our experience.

Harpeth Heights is a clean, friendly, safe complex in a great location outside of Nashville, only a short drive from downtown. The amenities are the main reason why I chose Harpeth Heights. It's a great place to be if you have an active lifestyle.
