I have lived at Fallyn since it opened and I absolutely love my apartment and the amenities are perfect. The management team does an excellent job with really creative community projects so that everyone meets each other and we always have a great time.

Fallyn is a great community with close proximity to downtown Nashville. It is also conveniently located near Vanderbilt and Hillsboro Village (which I love). It is a modern building with great amenities and is very pet friendly. If you walk or bike to work Fallyn would be the place for you because the parking garage situation is not ideal, plenty of parking, but the garage is hard to navigate if a car is leaving and coming in at the same time.
