The apartments are NOT built well and there is NO insulation in the attic. Be prepared to invest in fans and anything else to keep cool during the summer. The utilities are INSANE. When I moved out, I was charged $300 for 2 months of water and sewer. They also charge a $30 a month fee for garage whether or not they actually pick up the garage and you are not credited back all the times they do not show up. You are required a package fee that no one ever uses. It is cheap apartments and that... tends to attract a specific kind of resident as well. I also was told to use bar keepers' friend for the terrible counter tops since my townhome was not slated to have an upgrade and when I moved out, I was charge for them. I also was charged for paint and carpet since they can't charge you for standard wear and tear. This whole place is terrible avoid as much as possible. I had several issues with holes in the roof that would leak to the point of the sheet rock falling all over my stuff and then getting it wet. The mold was INSANE in these places. I now live in a twice the sq ft home and the utilities are CHEAPER than it was in this terrible place

Property is spacious, apartments are too
I love how big my balcony is and the apartment is large especially for the cost and location. Office staff is kind and the maintenance is friendly and helpful. Much better than my last apartment experience.
