No one should live here. The management team has gotten so much worse than when I first moved in. The maintenance team is great but the maintenance manager does not seem to actually care about his job. The last six months here have been absolutely miserable. I had a leak in my bathroom that wasn’t addressed for over 24 hours that caused there to be no ventilation in my bathroom for six weeks all due to botched sprinkler head replacements. With this ice storm we just had, there was no notice that... we would be locked out of our garages with no one on site to get the keys to give to maintenance that would let us manually open the doors. I was stranded in my apartment with no power or heat for almost 30 hours before a family member could come get me all because I couldn’t get into my garage. And now there is flooding happening due to burst pipes and honestly they should just shut the main water off. Their ability to communicate in a timely manner about anything is also extremely frustrating.

I love the quiet. I believe more could be done to keep the spider webs removed on the buildings. I have to remove them myself around my windows and light fixtures.
