As a long time resident at Avana Lexington, I must say that my experience living here is quite positive. My apartment is spacious, attractive, and has truly become my home. I am equally pleased with the timely fashion in which maintenance issues are completed. Finally, the office staff is second to none! When visiting the office I have been met with friendly efficient service. Overall, Avana Lexington is a great place to call home.

The apartment was not completely move in ready with no closet doors in the master bedroom and missing pieces of blinds in the living room. It's been close to 2 months, and nothing is fixed and no one has provided current update as to why they are unable to get this fixed.
