I love the choice I made in becoming a resident of Avana Lexington. The community is quiet, the amenities are great and I love being away from the sometimes chaotic traffic of Nashville.

The apartment was not completely move in ready with no closet doors in the master bedroom and missing pieces of blinds in the living room. It's been close to 2 months, and nothing is fixed and no one has provided current update as to why they are unable to get this fixed.

It’s a fairly nice community unless something breaks or needs repaired and that’s where majority of Avana Lexington’s problems are!!

Avana Lexington has been a great place to call home over the last year and a half! We just recently signed a new lease here for a bigger unit! It feels like home and we love the price, location, and staff here!
