I moved in a couple weeks ago and I could not be happier. I have a beautiful skyline view and my studio is perfect for me. The staff has been so helpful to make this process smooth. I can’t wait to meet more of the residents here! Highly recommended living here.

had an excellent experience at Alta Rochelle from start to finish. Alexandrea and her entire staff have been absolutely amazing—from the initial tour all the way through the leasing process and everything in between.
They were welcoming, professional, and extremely responsive, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Any questions I had were answered quickly, and they truly made me feel confident and comfortable with my decision. You can tell they genuinely care about their... residents and take pride in what they do.
I highly recommend Alta Rochelle to anyone looking for a great community and an outstanding leasing team.

The building is beautiful, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with all the little details that make apartment living comfortable and convenient. The finishes in the units feel upscale, and the floor plans make great use of space.
The location is hard to beat—right in the Edgehill neighborhood, so you’re close to great restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. It’s an easy walk to nearby parks, and just a short drive to downtown. Even with the city right there, it still feels like a comfortable,... neighborhood setting.
The amenities are a huge plus. The rooftop pool is a favorite spot, and the shared spaces are perfect for relaxing or working from home. The team here keeps everything clean and well-maintained, and they’re always friendly and helpful when you need something.
Overall, it’s been a great experience, and I’d definitely recommend Rochelle by Alta to anyone looking for a modern place to live in Nashville with a great mix of style, comfort, and location.
