Alta City Side has been a wonderful place to live. I feel safe and at home here. My fellow residents are always so kind and I am grateful to be living here. One downside is the cost. While in line with the area, I wish Alta City Side would provide more flexibility is lease renewal costs to prevent current residents from leaving to find an apartment close by with better deals. Keep your current residents happy, willing, and able to stay!

I love it here! everyone is so kind! i love the amenities it comes with! i love that i always have a place to park! i didn’t like how my place was dirty when i moved in but that is the only problem i had! and it was disgusting just not super clean!
