Old and outdated

No bugs was the best part..It's only one bathroom and it's upstairs..They make you pay a 400 non-refundable clean up fee which is ridiculous. Also,it's a lot of foot traffic in the area night very unsafe. The police is constantly patrolling the area which is ok.Anytime a complex don't show you the inside of a apartment on the internet its a big red flag..

Terrible old apartments

The buildings are very old (constructed in 1972) they have major issues with pests, water, and electricity. Not all of the apartments have washer dryer hook-ups and none have garbage disposals. In many units the floors are bowed and warped due to issues with water standing under the building, and there is mold visable in many apartments in the windows bathrooms and kitchen. In the time I was there I have had issues with fleas coming through the vents (because of cats living under my apartment)... Not having water (because of mains bursting under the building) and spikes in my electrical bills due to breakers malfunctioning (which is also a fire hazard). In the time I also lost several computers and small appliances to power surges in the building. I was told that they changed policies and no longer furnish water in the apartments and that the rent is now almost double what it was when I lived there. I would advise any potential renters to look elsewhere.
