I’ve been here at the Westbury since June of 2020 and might I say me and my fiance have never had a problem with maintenance or management. Every problem we have had has been resolved and taken care of. Maintenance requests are done within a week or so time depending on severity and the office management is very understanding and friendly. I feel very safe living here and we will be renewing another year.

I lived here for three years. I never really had a problem. I paid my rent on time. I moved out in July and a month later I received a call from a collections agency regarding a balance that I never knew about. The Westbury claims they sent out the information (we left a forwarding address) but we never received it. I see that this has happened to someone else around the same time period. Now this charge is on my credit report and no one seems to be able to do something about it. I believe this... practice of sending balances straight to a collections agency is completely unethical. I have been getting the runaround since August regarding this $1,000 balance that I literally didn’t know about until it was sent to collections. They were transition during the time I moved out and had their office in one of the model apartments. It was disorganized chaos. You can’t get ahold of anyone from MRG. No one ever has answers. I just would like ONE person to attempt to reach back out.

If I could give them no stars, I would. The office staff is so unprofessional. We’ve complained to the office about the issues we are having and they have not done anything about it. They’re never in the office and never answer the phones. They send a bill that I had nothing to do with and several letters of something I never had to do with. I wouldn’t recommend these apartments to my worst enemy.

The leasing office management here is extremely unprofessional and uncourteous. Always delayed on maintenance requests (have to remind them multiple times for maintenance stuff before it gets done). Lived here for 9 years and their service is poor.

Very nice community setting. The staff is friendly and responsive to the needs of the residents. The location is really convenient to both Germantown and Collierville.
