I love living here at Monticello. The leasing team has gone out of their way to accommodate me to make sure I had a pleasant living experience. I’m not going to say that it hasn’t been challenging but it’s definitely nothing that the leasing team neglect purposely. This is as close to having a home as you can get. I’m writing this review because I’m thinking of how hard it will be to replace my cute apartment and the leasing team that really go out of their way to keep us tenants happy. I hope... to get to stay here but if not I will definitely miss it. I bet you wondering if I love it so much then why am I considering moving and the answer is because I’m needing to move closer to downtown. It’s almost worth the drive so you may see me here. I would recommend Monticello being your next home. Mrs Ward

i miss it there :(
I must say this apartment complex are one of the best out there. At such an affordable price, this property has all the amenities any tenant would want. I recently moved to another MRG property closer to my job and although this property is good as well I miss the amenities at The Monticello. The two entrances plus a patio, the car port, the personal mail box attached under the car port, the storage, the washer and dryer, black appliances, spacious bed room, and my great quiet neighbors. There... were some issues that I had while there, but Brooke and Tony assured me those issues would be handled. I've referred several people to this community and I hope they enjoy it as much as I did :-)

The Monticello Apartments
A well hidden secret, this apartment community is nestled in an well manicured property. Each apartment has very large. Each tenant has assigned covered parking. Personal mailboxes and personal trash receptor. More than adequate closets and storage. This is the perfect place to live. The office and ground staff are warm and very professional. Shopping and restaurants nearby.
