El tiempo que llevo en los apartamentos, muy bien, la manager Daniela y asistente muy amables, me han dado la atención a mis requerimientos.
En lo particular no tengo ningún problema.

The water bill is added to your rent and is divided by you and everyone in your unit, they have fix things, the air units outside are constantly getting stolen and takes them forever to fix, the gate does not work, oh the Parker lot has so many pot holes, office staff rude, the pool has never been open since I lived here, trash on the ground, and trash over flows!!! Repeat your rent will always be 100 more with water!

Unhappy at move in because of the outside trash, apartment not completely finished, and no air....I was prorated for all these thing and kind of felt a little better...if corporate would hire more men, these apartment would be so much better. Their over working the two Guy they have and thing are not getting done in the time that they should....Now that my apartment is completely fixed the garbage is awful and I HATE driving by it every morning or even look out my window. The couches have been... there since I've move in A MONTH AGO. And it REALLY bring the value of the apartments down. Very bad roach and rat infestation they only have 3 maintenance men nothing never gets fixed and very bad mold in bathroom. I wouldn't recommend to my enemy. Bad security. Windows gets busted and cars and batteries are stolen. Do yourself a favor and stay away. Every since this new management took over they don't know what they doing.
