The gate to get into the apartment is broken, the security guard just suddenly stopped patrolling the apartments. There is a high crime rate in the area and the apartment is down the street from several schools! There have been several break ins and the apartments have taken no steps to rectify that! The upkeep is terrible. The pool have never been in service. The lake is rarely cleaned, the the trash overflow everyday sometimes the trash will go two weeks without being tended to. Whenever it... rain the parking lot floods severely; The maintenance take forever to respond to tickets even after filing multiple complaints. The apartment have flat paint so it is hard to clean the walls, Every summer the air goes and every winter the heat goes out and the tickets never get an immediate response. The ceiling are caved in from the rain i suppose and there is mold throughout the apartment. When I submitted a ticket they sprayed a white paint over it. The hot water goes out quickly; A hot shower will last only about three to five minutes. There is a huge roach problem here as well. The electric sockets are pure trash! By far the worst apartment experience I’ve have. Management is unprofessional the new Office Manager has by far the nastiest attitude. I’ve had water leaking for months. They “fix it” vacuum the water up and swear it’s fix to the point where a small leak not had covered almost half of the floor. Bathroom has leak in ceiling so whenever it rains I have to remove my items if I’m able to. I get letters about new ways to pay rent, about the towing of vehicles, trash alerts, but they won’t fix... nothing. Looking for a way out so please don’t move here unless it’s your only hope. Don’t go off of these reviews on here! I put in an application, paid the fee, and they rented the apartment 2 days after I applied for it. When I attempted to call the apartments to cancel my application and get my money back (since they rented the apartment) I couldn’t get in touch with anyone because the numbers won’t work! Don’t waste your money!

When I first moved in it was alright but then my dishwasher stop working and my a/c stop working and it took them forever to fix it then when it rained my apartment started to get mold growing on the side of the door it took them 2 1/2 months to come do something about it and they didn’t fixed it they just painted over it and oh you have to pay for your water and trash which is crazy because my hot water always ran out before I could get a decent shower .Don’t move here they don’t care about... their residents only the money you give them!
