Property is always clean or cleaned up quickly. You can tell alot is going on and changes have been made and are still currently being made. Just like most of the economy- Struggles with finding workers who actually care has been a challenge but I believe the right people are in place now (staff is great and helpful) and I have high hopes that my time here will remain great.

Property management will not stand by what they say. I moved out early and was assured everything was going to be ok because of renovations. Now they don't want to refund the security deposit. Maintenance loves to say they came by but my camera footage shows then didn't even show up.

No communication. We reach our to office no response. Maintenance says they are coming or have been there and have not. I have a camera in my apartment. Asked for lease details since We missed date to vacate and still have not received.

The current management totally sucks! Nothing is done. No communication on status of repairs. It's really too bad. This property is falling apart. The owners need to take some serious action with who is managing this complex.

The new management that has taken over these apartments are horrible! They don’t fix maintenance issues, and don’t care about your living conditions. Corporate is doesn’t help. Had to go to the government to get them to respond to mold and termites!
