One thing I've learned since living here is that this is definitely MIDTOWN. These are 100 year old buildings that are kept historic and really vintage like but I really like it and don't often experience "the old" inconveniences due to the amazing maintenance here. Seriously, I've lived in different apartments for the last 15 years and the maintenance here is same day or next day. Doesn't get better than that.

Great Location
Moving here was one of the best choices I have made this year. Great location right across from the park and no excuses not to get up and get moving!

The Midtown Place Apartments are roach infested. This has been on going for years. Check the BBB for complaints and apartment reviews.
