So far it has been really good . The floor I live onn is extremely quiet. Not bad for apartment living. Free laundry had me surprised and I’m happy about it and I can’t wait to get my internet box. 6 weeks free rent is just what I needed! Thanks 200 E Webster!!

The community is nice and home within a home. The move in is a little challenging but there is a nice neighbor that has been helpful in the process!

Good place so far seen some improvement,friendly staff good amenities, just need dog stations around the building because people aren't picking up after their pets, and also need the laundry room situation to get fixed as there are numerous washers and dryers not working for months since I been here.

There is room for a lot of improvement still. Other residents are leaving clothes in laundry areas for over an hour. Sometimes several hours or even until the next day. Washer and dryers that don't work on several floors if not all floors. There are NO waste receptacles yet lots of dogs and owners not picking up waste. Still waiting on a dog park. And recently found out that utilities is a shared expense. We are paying almost $200 and it's just me and my husband. I dont like that at all!

The office staff is very friendly. It’s a great complex to live in. All the neighbors are super friendly. It has a pool and gym that are nice. Just a great place to live
