Overall, we have enjoyed living here at the Town Center at Berry Farms. We do find it confusing that the apps for the apartment complex change so often. There's just too many apps to keep track of (BILT, Resident Experience, Loft Living, Door App, Latch app). It's so confusing!!
I do love Chelsea in the leasing office and I've spoken to a few of the other ladies and they are great too.
If they can simplify the living experience by maybe having one app for everything that would be much... easier to navigate.

Have great neighbors and very convenient to all the restaurants and grocery. The office staff is very friendly. Love the pool and the gym. The maintenance staff is very punctual when I have a problem.

It’s really convenient living so close to everything! The walls are kind of thin because you can hear your neighbors but that’s typical for apartments. Also, the washer machine has some kind of black particles that gets on my clothes after washing but I shake it out. I need to ask maintenance about it. I haven’t tried their maintenance yet so more to review. All in all it’s a great apartment in an amazing location!!!! I absolutely love it here!!!!
