Very safe, clean community! I love that there are so many places to shop and grab a meal within walking distance of my doorstep! Everyone is so friendly and I have met so many neighbors who I just think the world of!

Great, safe community for families. There are shops, restaurants, and a hair salon all within walking distance. The pool is lovely and well maintained with cabanas. Staff and maintenance are very responsive when needed too!

Berry Farms is a one stop shop for me and almost every way. Nice place to live, groceries, hairdresser, Nail Salon, very nice restaurants. Exercise and activities. In house activities in the lobby are always fun.

For the most part Berry Farms is a good place to live. Nothings perfect it’s a nice walkable community. If you are allergic to pets you might reconsider there are lots of large dogs and it can get a little noisy with all the animals.
