Dark brown, four section, L shaped sofa with area rug and Beige distressed wood storage Armoire, Beige distressed storage Credenza. Bring your clothing and personal items and dishes and you are ready .Condo repainted a neutral eggshell throughout. Very nice, neutral flooring with No carpet other than Berber on the steps leading to the full bath and two bedrooms. Not an inch of space was wasted. Kitchen is bright with all white appliances which are like new. Separate laundry room with built in cabinets and Full sized washer and dryer, and utility sink. The kitchen is roomy with stove/oven, built in microwave, very large side by side refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher replaced 8/11 so never been used.
