Dream Apartment!
I was extremely happy found this apartment in the heart of downtown! The building itself and their facilities were artistic and very cozy, which you will feel at home, if your in doubt about it, I tell you don’t be.

New to Knoxvillle
I was new to knoxville and my saving grace was Apartmnets.com. 811 east looked even better in person than on the website. It's brand new and not in a bad part of town!! I know East Knoxville gets a bad rep but 811 East is perfect. The staff is so friendly and the apartments are the nicest place I have ever lived. Plus, you're close to EVERYTHING. If you want to be downtown, you've found your perfect place to live. It's gated and easy for visitors to find. I love how it's only 4 buildings. From... college students to professionals. It's lovely and has a great view of the city!! Everyone will be jealous of your apartment. So get ready!

Under Construction
I have lived here for a month and this brand new property is still under constructions so it has its ups and downs. The location is great, it is a quiet community of mostly new graduates, graduate students, and young professionals... It is great knowing you are the among the first people to live somewhere but it requires patience. Small issues you have may go overlooked or be pushed back in order for bigger issues to be solved.
I am paying full rent and the pool, workout room, lounge, and... elevator are unfinished. I am however, confident, I will really love this place once it's finally finshed!
