We moved here at the end of March. The management team was great. Work orders were completed quickly. However, at the end of May, Willow Bridge suddenly took over the complex. Although the employees seem nice, there is no communication from them regarding the amenities or anything else. There is no 24 hour access to the gym area as promised because the key fob entry has not been installed. The complex opened in November but it is still under construction. The dog wash and car wash areas are... still not open. The pool finally opened June 16th. Thankfully we only signed a 6 month lease. The best feature is that no one else lived in our apartment before we moved in. So far the general area is quiet and safe.
