Avoid this place at all costs if possible. They ignore all service requests, even ones as important as black mold in your apartment walls that only worsened after your upstairs neighbors flooded your home. They look for any way to take your money. Rent is far too high for what you get. People get jumped and bang at your doors at all hours of the day/night, and trash service is one of the worst experiences I've had the displeasure of dealing with. I wish them the worst.

I personally love it here. I searched for apartments all over the area and this is the one that stood out. Haven’t had any problems. Parking can be an issue at times but nothing I can’t handle. Staff is wonderful. Quick to handle any questions I have. Love the fact we have security systems here. I use mine constantly. I we have police that live here and handle any complaints.

Didn’t feel safe living here. Cars got broken into all the time or things stolen or broken from the outside of people’s cars. My friend got a gun pointed at her once in the parking lot because someone was trying to steal a car and the staff was very rude to her in handling the situation. They claim that there is “security” but have never once seen a security car in the complex. Also, have a complaint of always having food thrown outside in the grass (chicken bones) which is hazardous to dogs or... children to choke on. I’ve lived at the reserve at parkwest for over a year, and have had constant problems. The management is slow to fix anything. I can hear my upstairs neighbors anytime they move. People constantly speed and blare music through the complex. All in all, worst place I’ve ever stayed

The floors are nasty, the carpet looks like it’s been dragged along a freeway and the fridge doesn’t work half the time and cabinets are falling off. There are rats where the dryer goes and it’s gross. The plumbing is horrible and is always clogging up. The maintenance doesn’t know how to do there job and enter my apartment before I’m dressed while they are knocking and have entered my home without my permission and have stolen many of my food from cabinets while I’m away. I don’t recommend... choosing this complex. I’ve set up cameras and have caught them stealing from my closet and kitchen and when I confronted them they denied everything even after I showed the footage.
