Great Location Waterford Terrace Apartments Is a Great Place to Live and is in a Great Location in Rock Hill SC. The Full Staff is Kind and Helpful and Professional. Office Staff Crystal, Brooke, Kennedy and Taylor are Wonderful. Maintenance Team Jermaine and Alex are Prompt to Answer and Take Care of Service Calls and Does a Great Job Repairing. I Would Recommend Waterford Terrace Apartments to Every That's in Search of a Nice Place to Live.
