Great place Great people The apartments are well appointed, well maintained and in a great location. The staff have been consistently exceptional over the past fifteen years or so we have lived here. Maintenance requests have always been addressed quickly and professionally. The grounds are always well maintained. Overall as apartments in the area go, Avalon Park is the best we have found. We have enjoyed our time here.

Avalon Park, my home. I’ve been here 15 months and I love calling Avalon Park my home. Joel and all the staff are great. Maintenance does a great job and the grounds are well kept! This is my home and I’m proud to have family and friends come to visit.

I think I’m in love with Bill!! ???? Our maintenance crew is beyond words! Bill is ALWAYS here in a timely manner and is so wonderful! Whatever my need, I don’t have to wait long, at all. Professional, patient, courteous and my little dog, Luke is crazy about him and I think Bill is pretty fond of Luke too. ?? And while I have the opportunity, let me just give kudos to all our staff here at Avalon Park Gastonia. THE BEST EVER! I love calling Avalon Park my home. Have a great day!
