Great Property! Gateway has been home for several years. It’s quiet, the property is well kept, the apartments are nicely sized, and the staff has been wonderful, led by Wendy, Gateway Property Manager; and Albert, Maintenance Manager. They offer specials for the residents, i.e. contests, freebies, food trucks, etc.
Wendy is always willing to assist in any way. It’s a pleasure to call Gateway home!

3rd Southwood Realty property In the past dozen or so years I have lived in three different Southwood Realty properties. I have found the office staff and the maintenance technicians to be friendly and professional. I have had only a few maintenance issues, but they have always been addressed quickly, even on a Sunday morning in one case.
