Two additional bedrooms are also equipped with ceiling fans and share the second bath. All utilities are the responsibility of the tenant. Please note pets are not permitted in this property. The rear yard is completely fenced with a privacy fence, and there is a second fence in front of the pool. Rent is $2,200.00 per month. Tenant is responsible for all utilities and lawn care.
