We moved in this year and have been loving it. Great location right off of 31 and five mins from the beach. The pool is very nice and staff is friendly. Price is comparable to most other luxury apartments in the area. Like some reviews mentioned there are minor areas within the apartment where you can tell units were built quickly, but this is consistent with all building nowadays.

honestly a really nice, clean, quiet community. Everyone is always very friendly, an i have not run into any problems that someone wasn’t able to fix. it is definitely one of the better complexities i have lived in, glad to call this place home!

This apartment complex has great amenities and it is right outside my door. Ample parking. The location is perfect. I am a local native born and raised in North Myrtle Beach but was tired of the traffic all the time and this place is just outside of city limits but close enough! I work in Conway, and it is a straight shot for me. The floorplan is wonderful. I have my very own private sweet inside of the apartment.

I have lived here 4 months and enjoy it thoroughly. It is quiet and safe. I love the frogs at night at the pond. Staff is amazing also

I loved it in the beginning, but I’ve honestly been searching for somewhere else and wish I had looked around more, beforehand. I love pets, but there are just too many large dogs. Owners say they are friendly, but they bark at people & will even try to chase. I work from home, so I am here all day. There’s been really loud stomping for the last week, all day & all night. I’m not sure what’s happening on the upper levels, but It’s driving me crazy. Multiple animals in one unit, I suppose. It... also smells like urine and wet dog terribly when it rains.
