I rented the Black Fin sight unseen because I lived in another state and did everything online and on the phone . When I walked into my apartment for the first time I felt like I was home. Everything is exactly like you see online. I love ?? my new home. It's perfect for me! There's a Clubhouse with coffee and wine, a dog and car wash area, and it's peaceful and everyone is friendly. ????????

Easy move in. The women in the leasing office are very knowledgeable and professional. They made the entire process very easy and simple. The apartment itself had a few issues at move in but we were told they’d be fixed. Overall a great experience
