Loved living here Craig was awesome, attentive and very helpful! Maintenance was spot on always ready to help and work orders were completed very quickly loved the entire living experience! I will refer to friends anytime they are thinking of moving!

Great place to live. We moved to Lake Wylie due to aging and needing to be close to family. Our found Redwood and we came to visit and fell in love with the facility immediately. This was the ideal community for someone our age and health condition with no stairs contend with as my lwife wan in a wheelchair and if we had to renin a multi level apartment it would have ment either living on the ground floor with tenants above us or an l upper level space requiring stairs. In the six years living... at Redwood we never had a complaint or needed service that wasn't taken care of promptly. It was a very bad experience It was moldy and the sidewalks were covered with both black and green mold. Everything worked well, i had pneumonia and bronchitis as l am allergic to mold. Was told to put bleach down drain for mold smell. Gutters were full most of time from the wooded area .

Great place to live . Friendly neighborhood and Chris the manager has always been very helpful .
