Great place to call home!

I'm so glad my middle sister recommended Overbrook Place because I almost overlooked it. I knew it was the place for me when Jonathan not only showed me 2 apartments but also showed me the package lockers and one of the laundry facilities. He really seemed interested in having me as a resident. I feel very safe here, I can leave my door unlocked to go do laundry and stay in my apartment while it finishes. Other than upstairs neighbors who seem to have " heavy feet" at times and a toilet seat... that you have to hold upright because of a design flaw I've had no problems. The proximity to downtown particularly Harris Teeter is a definite plus! I'm loving it here!

Convenient Location, Secure- Feel Safe

I lived in Overbrook Place for 4 years and I recently moved due to a job change. It is a nice place to live and the management, (Jonathan) is always there to take care of any problems that might occur with the apartment. He takes his job seriously and he makes the experience a pleasurable one and I felt this was a very good place to live. I have nothing but good to say about my time living in Overbrook Apartments. The management is always open to work with the tenants to meet their needs as they... come up. Security was never a concern, I would leave for work very early in the morning and never felt concerned.

We recently rented a one bedroom apartment for my son who is in college and he has really loved it so far. It is quiet and Jonathan, the property manager has been really nice to work with.

University Place Apartments

I have lived at University Place Apartments for two years now. Overall I am very pleased. The central location is a huge plus. University Place Apartments are five minutes from downtown, eight minutes from Haywood Mall, ten minutes from Woodruff Road, and much more. On top of being close to everything the monthly rent is unbeatable. My wife and I just switched from a one bedroom into a two bedroom and they chopped $100 off our monthly rent!

The only reason five stars weren't given is... because some of the cosmetics need to be updated. Recently the apartments have been purchased and are now under new management. The new manager has addressed these issues and is currently updating many areas.

Some nice features:
-Neighbors are quite and very nice
-Gated and private pool
-Patroled parking lot
-Laundry Rooms 24/7
-Nice little pond out back with benches

Just a mile from downtown #yeahthatgreenville

Looking for the perfect combination of city excitement and small town charm? Greenville is the place! These apartments are just a mile from downtown Greenville. They are clean and well-maintained, and the pool's lounge chairs are great for relaxing with friends. Newly updated laundry facilities (two locations) and two car wash locations. Easy access to all the places you want to be, just minutes from downtown and Falls Park. Nearby attractions include the Swamp Rabbit Trail, Fluor Field's... Greenville Drive, the Peace Center for the Performing Arts, Greenville Zoo, and lots of great shopping and dining.
