What's great about this pet screening site is that it will hold all of your pet documents in one place! It's an easy way to keep up with your pets medical care.

5. Pet Application Fee- Each pet will have a one-time $250 application fee

6. SECURITY DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT: Security Deposits are typically equal to one month's rent. Credit scores of less than 650 may incur a higher security deposit. .

7. NONREFUNDABLE LEASE ADMINISTRATION FEE- At the time of lease signing, a one time lease administration fee of $350 will be applied to produce and store documents.
