Place is overall nice, but noise travels here. Music played at a low volume from a Bluetooth speaker or television can be heard outside the hallway louder than what it is inside the apartment. Can hear loud footsteps from tenants above. If you like to enjoy with music and company. This is not the place for you. You’ll get a complaint from a Karen. You don’t want to pay This amount and can’t enjoy your stay.

Easy and Stress-Free Move-In
Great move-in experience at Alta Altitude. Everything went really smoothly and the building is beautiful.
Mackenzie was amazing - super helpful, quick to respond, and made the whole move very easy for us. She really helped make the process smooth and stress-free.

The Best place I’ve ever lived!
I can’t say anything but great things about Alta Altitude! The girls at the desk along with the maintenance are the best. Literally everyone knows you by your name along with my two kids. The kids stop by daily to say hi to everyone. I had a rough experience apartment searching and after coming across Alta I knew that was where I wanted to call home! The girls went out of their way to help make that happen. We are in love with our place and my kids daily tell me they never want to leave here... . We are excited to call this home!!

Alta is a safe place to be and easy to get around. The staff is great and very polite and pleasant to speak with. I have a one bedroom apartment and it is perfect for me. I also obtained a storage unit for my extra stuff. Lovely clean place with pool and dog park. Very quiet. Love it here.

Alta has been nothing but exceptional! From my first tour to signing the lease. I was selling a house and probably in one of the most stressful times in my life. The girls in leasing answered all my questions and honestly got me off the ledge sometimes lol. My apartment is beautiful and my kids love calling this place home. Everyday we are welcomed by the staff with huge smiles and even the two maintenance men know me by my first name. Alta will be home for quite some time
