Alta Altitude made my living transition a piece of cake. Mackenzie was so helpful in helping me understand the property, take tours and respond to any questions that I had. The application process is the best I have ever seen (please never change it) and makes it so easy to know this place is the right place to call home! The amenities are great and it is nice and quiet.

Anyone looking for a beautiful place to live should look no further than Alta Altitude! From the spacious living spaces with high ceilings, new appliances and walk in closets, to the convenient amenities (easy highway access, gym, heated pool, grills, work from home pods and a dog park and grooming station for your fur baby) this is the perfect space for someone to call home! The people that live here have also been incredibly friendly which adds to the atmosphere! On top of that, Cece, Carissa... and Mackenzie who make up the management team are always welcoming, friendly and helpful when it comes to resident questions and needs. And not to mention they put on great community events every month! Shaam and Ramon who make up the maintenance team have also been incredibly helpful when it comes to maintenance requests! I have had a few minor things with appliances tripping the breaker and the HVAC needing a sensor repair, but they were both very responsive and communicated with me throughout the process. They explained what was causing the issues and provided solutions and repairs to avoid these things from happening in the future. Place is overall nice, but noise travels here. Music played at a low volume from a Bluetooth speaker or television can be heard outside the hallway louder than what it is inside the apartment. Can hear loud footsteps from tenants above. If you like to enjoy with music and company. This is not the place for you. You’ll get a complaint from a Karen. You don’t want to pay This amount and can’t enjoy your stay.

Great move-in experience at Alta Altitude. Everything went really smoothly and the building is beautiful.

I can’t say anything but great things about Alta Altitude! The girls at the desk along with the maintenance are the best. Literally everyone knows you by your name along with my two kids. The kids stop by daily to say hi to everyone. I had a rough experience apartment searching and after coming across Alta I knew that was where I wanted to call home! The girls went out of their way to help make that happen. We are in love with our place and my kids daily tell me they never want to leave here... . We are excited to call this home!! Read More
