This apartment is located on Allen Avenue in Pawtucket. Allen is only 2 streets away from I-95, so this location is ideal. Not on top of the highway's noise, but close enough to be insanely convenient.

This is a first... floor corner unit. Exit your apartment, and your car is literally right there - safe & convenient. You pay electric and heat.

As you enter the apartment you are in a small vestibule / coat room. Brightly lit - perfect spot to kick off your shoes - and coat. Then you enter the kitchen. This is a sqaure style traditional kitchen. Cooking is with Gas, as is heat. This is a very inviting space. From the kitchen you have an access door to a great bathroom to the right, and if you exit to the left you pass the stack washer and dryer to the Right. Crazy convenient - a hidden gem you will appreciate. Then you enter a large, oblong room. It's your living room/bedroom. It's that large. Or, as they say nowadays... HUUUUGGGEEE
