I have lived at The Pointe at West Chester for the last 4 yrs and actually 2 managements. The staff has been both friendly and competent and there have been no issues that were not promptly addressed.

They thought of everything. Great floor plans, high-quality finishings throughout the apartment, great amenities, trash valet, parking garage, 2-story gym, movie theater, business center with a printer. My teenage daughter and I love living here!
