My family is having a beautiful experience at our home. It is almost our year anniversary and everything is coming along beautifully. The staff is attentive to needs and communicates thoroughly. Neighbors is nice and respectful.

Save yourself the time and the money and DONT rent here. Out of all the issues this place has , it's even worse when you ask for the things to be fixed and they don't budge until you move out and they gut your entire unit because of the ongoing issues you've had for 14 months of a lease. It's a trap honestly. Every single apartment is horrible, I had a ton of friends that I'd visit as well and each and every unit was horrible in their own ways and some similar to my own unit. My friend was moved... in with roaches and still a year later has them and is one of the cleanest people I know. The entire leasing office is careless and disrespectful, I had mold concerns and they wanted me to send them photos instead of coming to check their selves. The only good thing about this place is that theres ALOT of kids but unfortunately they roam around alone no parents nothing...and the pool is decent. Otherwise it's not worth a penny. Nobody stays here a long time, everyone's in and out. Also as soon as I signed my lease I was informed we were not allowed to use our air conditioner or it would shut everyone's power off. It became 4 days with no air in the beginning of summer first heat wave, can't use ac didn't tell me til I sign my lease very shady people. Plus the attitudes were ridiculous when things were asked to be fixed. I was told I was going to have to make my own accommodations for this issue if they couldn't resolve it... because this was ongoing they'd fix the power and it would mess up again.. so many issues and all they want is the money. Not to fix the issues. Also the crime in this complex is absolutely outrageous. I never felt safe, especially hearing and seeing the things that went on!! We've been here the better part of 3 yrs. Management/Staff always going above and beyond for the residents! Responds quickly to maintenance issues, great communication for upcoming events, beautiful maintained grounds, friendly quiet community and best in price for sq ft! Amenities galore! Very safe for families & singles! I can't say enough about this place and all the wonderful staff & neighbors! Utilities, gas/electric easily average under 50 mth. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. The response from manager was very poor for current residents. I was told I can move to a 2 bed 2 bath apartment when it is available when I signed the lease. When I asked them when it is available they said I need to be in same apartment for 1 year for this I need to go to apartment office 4 times. Never ever think of living here if you want a hassle free move out

I lived here for few months and they imposed me a huge fine upon moving out I'm sure I'm not responsible for those damages as a tenet we usually give a high level glance at it but can't inspect everything like a professional They said carpet is damaged which I never observed at least I'm sure they sent me pictures of some other apartments aging that I damaged it and asked me to pay for it
