-Nothing in collections is preferred but might be considered depending on accounts and amounts.
-No prior evictions.
-No criminal record is preferred, but depending on the offense might be considered.
-Section 8 Vouchers are considered. Applicants must complete the application process including a landlord reference and must show proof of a current voucher with at least 1 bedroom. The pricing will reflect current Section 8 standards, even if that does not match our advertised market rent price listed.

-We run a credit, criminal, and eviction check for each applicant or co-applicant (anyone 18+ planning to live at the property must submit an application)
