The apartment is solid the windows are atrociously old and dirty and need serious work but otherwise everything else is ok and works fine for us

In the past 4 months we have had a toilet over flow and flood the apartment, a dead bird get pulled out of our shower vent, and now the toilet is at risk of overflowing again.
