Nice community, good staff, plenty of ammenities, allows pets. Not really much else for to ask from a college apartment. Pools super nice too.

Love this place the amenities are great, the location is amazing for me, i love having parks nearby too. The maintenance team and apartment manager team are always really cool and quick to respond as well

New management sucks. They no longer have any community events, old management used to have them all the time. The coffee bar is out all the time. Not to mention the property looks dirty. Above all this I still haven’t gotten my 400 dollar gift card promotion for resigning my lease.

Rent is more affordable compared to other units, but quality needs improvement: too cold in unit and work station next to lobby, I have trouble locking the door. I also noticed that bugs from outside somehow get stuck in between the window.

Its great so far. Staff is really nice and helpful as well. Love the amenities as well. All areas are always clean and welcoming. a lot of free stuff throughout the week from the leasing office!
