Rent is more affordable compared to other units, but quality needs improvement: too cold in unit and work station next to lobby, I have trouble locking the door. I also noticed that bugs from outside somehow get stuck in between the window.

Its great so far. Staff is really nice and helpful as well. Love the amenities as well. All areas are always clean and welcoming. a lot of free stuff throughout the week from the leasing office!

The apartment unit is cheap and a nice place for students as of now. The apartment is fully furnished and there is not much extra furniture needed.

I am thankful to be here. This is my first apartment I have leased. I enjoy the staff being very kind to me and the new upgrades on the property. I am looking forward to going to the gym with the new equipment and seeing the dogs at the dog park. I value that this apartment complex is very close to McDonald's, so I can eat ice cream. I am thankful the staff puts in work to have fun and exciting events every month and other adventures. Thank you for the coupons from various stores around the area... .

My room has water stains on the celling and a distinct smell of mold in it. My bathroom tub/shower is covered in mold and grime. My toilet is loose, and their is a lot of bugs and dirt everywhere
