Good place to live. Apartment are slightly dated. Maintenance takes 1-3 days to respond. Office staff ladies are super nice and are always planning fun events for residents.

I’ve lived at Tremont for the past two years, and it’s genuinely been a great experience, one that I’m honestly sad to be leaving. From the start, the community felt like home, and a big part of that is thanks to the incredible team that keeps things running so smoothly.

The maintenance crew here deserves a serious shoutout. Chris is the go-to guy who always shows up with a smile and somehow manages to fix things before you even realize they’re broken. Joe is a total pro, fast, efficient, and... always willing to explain what’s going on so you’re never left guessing. The community is nice, and the office has many different events for residents to attend. Main complaint is the price of utilities, but it is a decent deal overall.

Not a fan of being told in September/October of 2023 that the broken hot tub was getting taken out and a firepit would be going in by the Tremont tour guide. And now it's July 2025 and I haven't seen any work done on the hot tub to provide that fire pit I thought I would get when I signed.

The staff is very caring and they set up my room well. The amenities are wonderful and the maintenance team takes care of everything. It is especially nice having a fan in my room!
