I’ve been living at The Bryn for almost a year now and overall, it’s been a great experience. The apartments are spacious, modern, and come fully furnished, which made moving in really convenient. I especially appreciate the in-unit washer and dryer and the decent kitchen appliances. The internet is pretty reliable, which is important for both school and streaming.
The community amenities are another strong point—there’s a pool and hot tub, a nice gym, a basketball court, and even a game room.... The shuttle to campus is a big plus, and there are shopping centers and restaurants nearby, making the location very convenient.

Didn't as expected
Terrible experience. The apartment was dirty on arrival, full of pests, and nothing like the photos. Management was rude and unresponsive. Avoid at all costs.

the apartment is nice, my room looks good, nothing is damaged and the bathrooms are in good shape too. most of the thing work fine , with occasional maintenance requirements.

just fine, apartments could've been a lot cleaner at move in and the heat/ac isn't good, the wifi isn't good either. there was an issue with gas and electric the entire time i lived here
