Converted Factory Warehouse Apartments

This converted warehouse comes with all the typical issues of conversion jobs. The original wooden floors exist on all uppper floors (with no insulation btw the floors). The roof often leaks down into apartments and there is no resident elevator. The property had a freight elevator that had limited resident use until 2023 when it was restricted. High turnover of residents and building management (which has changed hands recently) is not attentive to resident concerns, maintenance or structural... issues that come with this kind of residential property. Privacy between units is minimal (due to the wooden floors, open floor plans and lack of noise-insulation).
These units attract entrepreneurs, artists in residence and creatives who live/work in the space (lots of noise at all hours of the day/night).
