Hey thanks for taking the second to check out my newly renovated condo. This is a second floor unit! So no worries about noise! Great neighbors downstairs is rarely home and next door is an older person that's super quiet! Very cozy unit and... quiet!!
I love to have my units renovated like how my own house is. Down to the paint color name. Its Sherwin Williams Big Chill Grey Color. I installed LED recessed lights in all the rooms, bathrooms, hall, kitchen and dining area! Bedrooms, Kitchen and Living rooms all have dimmers. The stove is new, you'll love it. It heats up super fast and the oven works great. So plenty of "happy meals" to be made here. The carpets were shampooed a few days ago. Condo completely painted. Bathroom tub is all clean with ZERO mold and nasty yucky stuff. Installed sliding glass full length mirrored doors for the closets in both bedrooms. HVAC is very good in colling the place down in a few minutes. I installed wood slat window blinds, not the cheap stuff. this is the same ones i would put into my own house i live in. This condo was not renovated to be a rental, its done as if I were to live there! This unit is in the corner and is super quiet and on the second floor. No strange noises, smells nothing. Plenty of parking in the front or the rear lots.

About the community, theres a pool, gym, clubhouse and a guest suite to rent out if you have guest that want to stay over like a hotel room!! There's also coin operated laundry to in the other building as well as a storage area for your stuff.

Super close to Merck and North Penn High School!! There's pizza, supermarket, McDonalds, Wawa, and everything else you need very close by. Like 10 minutes away! Very close to Lansdale exit on turnpike too! North Penn School district!

BTW- Drapes are coming, as well as bath accessories, the shower curtain is on you to pickup. I also live only 4 minutes away and very reachable if there are any concerns.
