Packages are being stolen in the mail room, people know who it is and the complex isn’t doing anything. There are cameras all over the property EXCEPT the mail room. Key access does nothing if our own neighbors are screwing us over. Not to mention all the common area fees we pay

Disappointing
Premium rents but the amenities are sub-par. Rents keep going up each year for existing tenants but new tenants have been moving in to larger apartments at lower rents. Lots of amenities previously promised haven’t shown up yet.

Amazing Service and Beautiful Apartments
I toured with Matthew who was extremely pleasant to work with! The time he took to make the experience exceptional is a huge reason as to why I ultimately ended up leasing there. He has been very helpful and friendly through the whole leasing process! I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for their next home!
