We love it here nice place friendly people nice Area and enjoy more to come and we love all the amenities too we love our washer & dryer our kitchen and the apartment itself

The apartment itself is nice enough. There are some paint drips on the floor, squeaky shower floors, etc, but overall a decent place. It’s pretty difficult to find parking in the evenings if you don’t pay for an assigned spot.
The management people we’ve talked to don’t seem to know what’s going on. We’ve asked some basic questions about garbage, parking, utilities, etc and have been met with some variation of “I’m not sure.” Very frustrating.

I have enjoyed living at Arbor Heights. The maintenance is great and very nice. My apartment is pretty well kept but there are some flaws here and there. I would recommend to someone searching.
